Voici le programme de la soirée :
Le Cardage + Maria Brouillard + Messieurs Delmotte and more
After ten years of Les Ateliers Claus we go back to where it all began: presenting a mixture of music and spectacle on the edge of everything. An impromtu circus with well considered guests. Extra muros, intra cordibus!
Acts
Maria Brouillard and her automated dog theatre #dead pets theatre
In the great tradition of automated creatures Maria has relived her dead pets as automates to do the things she was never able to make them do when the were still alive. Welcome to the very uncanny and poetic valley of automated pet theatre.
Messieurs Delmotte #extreme performance alcoholism
Messieurs Delmotte takes things to the extreme, once there he looks around and sees if there is any beauty or other things of interest to be found he can then take back to his audience. Tonight he will take you to the extreme of the simple pleasure of drinking a glass of wine.
Le Cardage #birds on a wire
Untill the 17th century wooden constructions with ropes and women hanging from them were usually the result of superstition and mysogeny, nowadays it is also a professional circus activity practiced by our very own next door neighbor!
Human Carpet #human carpet tiens
Kung fu expert, comedian and part-time masochist Yann is the most welcoming human carpet you’ve ever put your feet on.
Radio Femmes Fatales #bitchy listening plays
Two screaming hot ladies presenting you their latest radiophonic listening play.
Concerts
Chris Imler #manic broken pop
Saloon barfly, partisan, drummer and shaman Chris Imler is the lovechild of a failed popstar and an “entartete” sculptor. Like no other he can teach you how to be nervous and sexy at the same time without skipping a beat.
Paddy Steer #outsider one man band
Paddy sounds like a Swiss cuckoo clock made of egg boxes and horsehair, glued together by an African Moog player in a Vietnamese repair shop.
Dewey Dell # Castellucci-gang performance
The Italian dance company Dewey Dell was founed in 2007 by Teodora, Demetrio and Agata Castellucci and Eugenio Resta. They have strong skills in different areas. This took each of them to give priority to a specific aspect of the work (choreography, music, lights and set), without giving up a collective modeling of materials.
Charlie O #hammond charmer
The Marseillais Charlie O is the embodiment of a lost era of bar musicians. The loner in the corner with an organ, the friendly introvert stranger shaping your musical atmosphere, as a part of the furniture you only notice him by the end of the night when you find yourself dancing on a table.
